By accessing and using our website/webshop, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
The website and online store Contraspirits.com are owned and managed by Slow Life d.o.o., Vrtača 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia VAT ID: SI 96716819, which is also the provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also referred to as the seller or Contra Spirits). The company is registered at the District Court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
These general terms and conditions define the operation of the Contra Spirits online store, the rights and obligations of the buyer and the store, and regulate the business relationship between Contra Spirits / Slow Life and the buyer.
The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). The buyer is warned about the terms and conditions upon placing the order and confirms their awareness of them by submitting the order.
Conditions for Using the Website
To use the website, the buyer must be at least 18 years old. The website or services must not be used if prohibited in the buyer’s country or according to applicable laws or regulations.
Availability of Information
Contra Spirits commits to providing the following information to the buyer:
- Company details of Slow Life d.o.o. (name and registered office)
- Contact details
- Essential characteristics of the products on offer
- Product availability
- Terms of delivery (method, location, and delivery time)
- Product prices, including VAT, shipping, or other costs
- Payment options
- Explanation of the complaint process, including all contact details
Ordering Process
Orders are placed in English. Products are selected and ordered from the list on the website. All products are available while stocks last.
The buyer selects the desired product by clicking the "ORDER" button. This action redirects the buyer to the Stripe payment provider, where the order is finalized. Before completing the purchase, the buyer provides the necessary order information. By clicking the "Pay" button, the order is submitted.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the ordering process. The provider is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses or other incorrectly entered data.
By clicking the "Pay" button, the buyer declares that they fully understand and agree with the terms of use, have the legal capacity to conclude the sales contract, and are of legal age.
The payment process is carried out under the general conditions of the online payment provider (www.stripe.com).
The purchase contract between Slow Life d.o.o. and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the external provider - Stripe - sends the buyer an electronic notification about the status of their order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Slow Life d.o.o. and the buyer. The buyer is the person whose details are provided at the time of order submission. Changes to buyer details after the order has been placed are not possible.
Payment
Slow Life d.o.o. enables payment via Stripe using a payment or credit card. After receiving the payment, Slow Life d.o.o. sends an invoice to the buyer’s email address.
The buyer must check the accuracy of the information before submitting the order. Later complaints regarding incorrect invoices will not be considered.
Prices
All prices include VAT and are valid at the time of order submission. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and correct any unintentional pricing errors. The valid price is the one published on the day of the order. If a pricing error occurs or the product price changes during order processing, Slow Life d.o.o. will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.
Skipping & Delivery
We ship to various international destinations. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the importation of alcoholic beverages is permitted in your country. Our products are shipped via described courier service on the checkout page (Stripe). Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 days after payment is received. Shipping costs are calculated and added to the order before final purchase confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other external factors.
Product Returns
All buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their respective countries. We do not cover any additional costs associated with customs clearance.
If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or import restrictions, the buyer may not be eligible for a refund.
Product Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
If the buyer receives a damaged or opened product upon delivery, they may refuse the goods and contact the delivery service. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will review your case. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Complaints and Disputes
Slow Life d.o.o. complies with consumer protection laws and strives to resolve complaints effectively. In case of issues, the buyer may contact the seller at hello@contraspirits.com. The complaint handling process is confidential. Slow Life d.o.o. aims to resolve disputes amicably.
Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution
In accordance with legal regulations, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers as competent for resolving consumer disputes. Privacy Protection

All texts, images, graphics, animations, and other content on the website are protected under copyright law. No data from the website may be used for commercial purposes without permission from Contra Spirits / Slow Life d.o.o.
Right to Modify Offerings

Contra Spirits strives to ensure the accuracy of published data but does not assume liability for changes in product characteristics, delivery times, or prices. If changes occur, the buyer will be notified and allowed to cancel or modify the order.
